Booking & Payments

• Accepted payments: Cash, Cash App, PayPal, or Venmo
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied to your service total
• Remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment
• Appointments must be booked online or in person (please do not DM to book)

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled using the link in your confirmation email
• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance will not incur an additional charge
• Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% service charge
• No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service
• Clients may reschedule once using the same deposit, with at least 3 days’ notice
• Same-day reschedules incur a $20 fee

Deposits

• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations, late reschedules, or no-shows
• Deposits may be refunded only if your service cannot be fulfilled by Erica Nicole
• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of payment to be considered

Late Policy

• A 15-minute grace period is provided
• After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee applies
• After 16 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit forfeited

Studio Etiquette & Prep

• Please arrive with clean skin and groomed brows
• Avoid eyebrow tinting or strip lashes prior to your appointment (individual lashes are acceptable)
• Please end phone calls upon arrival; excessive phone use may affect results
• Kindly avoid wearing your event outfit or hoodies to your appointment

Health & Safety

• If you are feeling unwell or have a fever (98°+), please reschedule
• Clients should be symptom-free for 14 days before returning

Booking Accuracy

• Appointments must be booked under the name of the person being serviced
• Duplicate or inaccurate bookings may be canceled with loss of deposit

• No guests allowed during services
• Off-day appointments may be requested via text: 504-906-1438 (availability not guaranteed)
• Erica Nicole reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate or disrespectful behavior
