All appointments must be booked online through GlossGenius or in person during your appointment. DMs, texts, and direct emails are not used for standard scheduling.

Appointments can be scheduled up to 30 days in advance, starting from the day you’re booking. New dates open daily as the booking window moves forward.

Appointments are scheduled as follows:

  • Monday: By request only
  • Tuesday–Saturday: Regular booking availability
  • Sunday: By request only

Standard Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (extended during carnival season & special events) 

VIP Glam Hours: Before 9:00 AM & after 5:00 PM (available under VIP Glam – Before/After Hours in the booking menu)

Yes! Early morning and after-hours appointments are available under “VIP Glam (Before/After Hours)” in the booking menu.

Same-day appointments may be accommodated based on availability.

Yes. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled using the link in your confirmation email.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to fees.

A 15-minute grace period is provided. Late fees apply after 15 minutes, and appointments may be canceled after 16 minutes with loss of deposit.

To maintain a calm, professional environment, guests are not permitted during services.

Please arrive with clean skin and groomed brows. Avoid eyebrow tinting or strip lashes (individual lashes are acceptable).

Please do not wear your event outfit or hoodies to your appointment.

Messages are answered within 24–48 business hours, Monday through Friday.

On-Location / Travel Appointments

Any service requested outside of the studio, including hotels, homes, venues, or event spaces, is considered on-location and requires a travel fee.

Yes. Travel fees vary based on distance, time, and parking requirements and are quoted at the time of booking.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all on-location appointments. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of service.

I travel locally and to select surrounding areas. Extended travel may be accommodated upon request and availability.

Clients are responsible for providing a clean, well-lit space with access to an outlet and a table or surface for setup.

Delays caused by location access, parking, or client readiness may result in shortened service time or additional fees.

Yes, subject to availability. Early or after-hours appointments may incur an additional fee.

Parking & Access

Clients are responsible for covering any parking, valet, tolls, or access fees required to complete on-location services.

Hotel / Venue Access

Clients must ensure timely access to the hotel room, venue, or designated space at the scheduled appointment time. Delays may result in shortened service time or additional fees.

1:1 Makeup Classes

Beginner classes are designed for individuals wanting to learn how to apply makeup on themselves. Advanced classes are intended for aspiring or professional makeup artists seeking to refine techniques and elevate their artistry.

No. All products and tools are provided for use during the class.

Yes. A curated list of recommended products will be provided at the end of the class for continued practice.

Classes are fully interactive and hands-on, with guided instruction throughout the session.

Class duration varies by session and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

One-on-one classes are available Monday through Thursday only and are subject to availability.
